To have the best Ebby's Creations experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the item's description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always recommended to size up when completing online purchases. At checkout, please review and confirm for the correct itemquantitycolorsizeshipping address, and payment information to prevent error as Ebby's Creations is not responsible for selections and/or incorrect information made by purchaser. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Store Credit will be issued at Ebby's Creations LLC's discretion for all claims addressed. If you've received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures and order number for tracking purposes to info@ebbyscreations12@gmail.com within 3 days of item being delivered and a representative will contact you to gladly resolveBy completing a purchase with Ebby's Creations, you are agreeing to our terms of service and every policy in place.  
 
 
 
 

Thank you for visiting and shopping Ebby's Creations. The following are terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy. 

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days not including the date of purchase. Once an order is placed, no changes can be made. You can select your preferred shipping time at checkout. Please carefully consider processing time when selecting desired arrival of shipment. Orders are not shipped on holidays. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number with which you can follow your package and see remaining shipping time. For security reasons, an adult signature may be required upon delivery on certain orders. If you will be unavailable to sign for your package, please contact USPS and arrange to have your order held at a nearby location for pickup. USPS will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. After the third attempt, your order will be returned to our store. 

Ebby's Creations is not responsible for packages once given to courier including lost or stolen packages. For missing shipment, you will need to file an official claim with the courier as your package is insured and any reimbursement for the items ordered will be provided by them. Claims resolution time period including reimbursements are subject to the courier. If your package is returned for any reason, you may request to have your order reshipped. Ebby's Creations is not responsible for any reshipment fees.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, a representative will contact you via email or phone.
